  • Gsher members will receive a discount when organizing GSHER programmers in their chosen venue.

  • Through its experts, GSHER will assist members in living a healthy lifestyle on a daily basis.

  • Access to educational resources: Members may have access to educational materials on self-healthcare and related topics, such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and mental health.

  • Members may have the opportunity to receive advocacy and support in raising awareness of the benefits of self-healthcare education as well as the importance of promotion.

It will assist its members in implementing effective strategies to promote healthy lifestyle behaviors and habits such as exercise, nutrition, and stress management.

How to become a member?

  2. Pay membership fees: Yearly Rs 1000/-

  3. Membership is free for Non-Profit Organisations. They must submit the registration number.

  4. A membership discount of 25% will be given to enterprises related to health.
