The Inspiration behind Breakthrough...
2010 was a year of awakening from the trance which was created by my profession and my medical education.
I was working for my patients and the hospital 24*7*365 intending to serve my people around me, the hospital and to gain name and fame. I was a workaholic.
On January 10th, 2010. I had a strange sensation on my chest for which I did an ECG... My physician friend looked at me with a great surprise when he saw the report... And asked me, "is this your ECG"? When I told yes... He immediately prescribed a medicine for the irregular heart rhythm and asked me to consult our cardiologist.
......16 days from that moment till all my cardiac evaluation was completely done... It was the most difficult period of life. I was completely shattered and got sufficient time for introspection.'
The journey within revealed my weaknesses and the areas of neglect. I took a decision to work on myself and bring back my original health.
Back then in 2010 when I started to look around, practise health... I found my knowledge was not up to the mark nor my colleagues. That we the time I realised that I was a great disease care professional but not good on health. I decided to learn health, and I revisited the physiology, chemistry and biology to understand the depth of the human body and mind. I started applying the things which I found helpful to me and started improving my health condition.
2013 January 10th, I set down and took a stock my health condition and started writing down the loss and gain. ... I went on writing on the gain page... I had more time, more energy... More family bonding... Less stress and more socially active...etc.
My loss page remains empty till the end...
I had an eureka moment at that particular moment... I thought. All these changes bought health happiness into my life... Means it can also do the same for others. So my journey into health began, and I am here now with you all to teach and preach the secrets, I learned... And learning till date...

”We are in an era of healthcare and self-care; the two essentials for a great life! It is 2023, and people are prioritizing themselves now, but often it is a failed attempt; the reason being the incorrect approach or decline in dedication. This course is exactly what is needed. Although I knew most of the knowledge provided, acknowledging it was never my cup of tea. This course gave me the “study and cognize” 3 hrs a week time, to acknowledge the prior known and learn new things along the way. All the lectures focussed on minute issues that went unnoticed, and I am glad I listened to my heart and took-up the course. I hope the people interested in taking good care of themselves introspect themselves and pursue the course.
SNEHA SWAIN , student , NIT Rourkela
I have learned to be more self-aware, and that every person and thing we face contributes to our happiness or dissatisfaction.
Pius Ojara, Ugandan, NIT Rourkela Student, 2019/23.
Thank you so much for taking the time to take a course for us. It was one of the most refreshing classes I've had, and I always got to learn something new. It was very interesting to learn the science behind how we can take care of ourselves. The course brought new meaning to "Prevention is better than a cure". It was very eye-opening, and I hope I am able to implement the things I learned in my daily life to utilize their full potential.
Sincerely, Olivia Newton, NIT rourkela
