How we prepare health information
Our purpose is to make health information understandable and useful for everyday learning.
Sources and scope
Health guides link to their sources, prioritising public-health bodies, clinical guidance and research relevant to the topic. Sources are starting points, not evidence that an institution endorses GSHER. Educational examples should be identified as examples. Uncertainty, important limitations and individual differences should be stated.
Authorship and review
Article bylines identify the named author. New health-learning guides are prepared by the GSHER health education team with AI assistance in drafting and organisation. A named clinical-review credit is used only when that review has actually occurred. Publication dates and modification dates describe the content; they are not proof of clinical review.
Education and treatment
Our website and Academy provide education. They cannot assess an individual, prescribe treatment or provide emergency care. Do not stop medicines or delay appropriate medical attention because of a guide, course or testimonial. We do not promise a cure or guaranteed remission. A paid course is not a treatment package unless explicitly described and delivered as a separate clinical service.
Corrections and updates
If you identify an error, email bmdoc1@gmail.com with the page link, the wording concerned and a reliable supporting source. GSHER can assess the concern and amend the content where necessary. A displayed update date should change when relevant content changes.
Commercial transparency
Course and book links may lead to paid products. Course fees and enrollment terms are shown at the Academy or seller. Content should distinguish educational promotion from independent evidence.
