  1. What we are referring to for good health and living is abhyaas daily basic practice for a simple alignment of body mind and soul (consciousness). Anything more than this to desire would need Sadhana (delving deeper which has no end).

  2. Sadhana, Siddhi, and Sankalp are all these words that carry beautiful and powerful meanings. Unfortunately, the world is moving in a very fancy meaning and hence lost in directions.

  3. Power yoga, Kundalini yoga, etc are all floating words ... in the real sense, they mean nothing as they are represented today in the social space.

The No Prescription Point (NPP) initiative has been actively promoting self-healthcare education through workshops, therapeutic lifestyle programs, and outreach efforts, focusing on empowering individuals to take charge of their health. In recent months, NPP has expanded its offerings, including launching therapeutic yoga modules, health literacy campaigns, and exclusive membership benefits.
